I am a psychotherapist, energy medicine/flower essence practitioner, and writer. Whether my eventual role in our work together is to hold a certain quality of space that allows for inward reflection, whether it is to help locate and clear energetic blockages, or whether it is to offer authentic and compassionate feedback, my highest aspiration is to honor your experience in all of its complexity.
